久違了的抗疫小廚房😬 最近忙得不可開交,連自己最喜愛的活動都少做了🍰🤦🏻♂️ 難得開爐就當然要記錄一下!
蘋果要配合肉桂是常識吧🍏😎 上面還有用啡糖搓成的脆脆!但老實說,蛋糕質感尚有進步空間。因為我往模子裡倒了過多蛋糕漿,令烘培時間比想像中耐,最後底部就變得稍為乾😅 下次一定會完美的!!!

Granny Smith apples with plenty of cinnamon AND crumbs to top😌 Coz who’d ever complain about having too much crumble?!🤩 However, I did miscalculate how much batter to pour into the mold; the cake took longer than expected to get cooked thru, so the bottom turned out a little dry😢 No mistakes next time!!
